I have a rare medical condition undiagnosed and uncontrolled at the outset of my course; conventional study techniques proved largely ineffective owing to symptomatic limitations (for example, involuntary sleep episodes during lectures), obliging me to adopt markedly different approaches from those of typical students. I greatly appreciated receiving support specifically tailored to my individual difficulties, even where those adjustments diverged from guidance normally recommended for most students and contrasted with my experiences prior to joining the course. Additionally, the provision of flexible timing for accommodation and support was instrumental: it permitted intensified assistance during periods of significant difficulty, while allowing reduced input when my condition was stable and fewer interventions were required. This tailored, responsive provision materially facilitated my academic progression and continuity of study amid fluctuating health and varying need for assistance.

I really like how you went out of your way to make a powerpoint and broke it down for me in regards to referencing. You also text me which really helps to catch up which makes me haooy and feel seen.

Sometimes found it hard to understand you but then again i can find it hard to understand things clearly when other people speak over Zoom.

I think you really care about supporting people and it shows so thank you.
