Who am I?
Hi I'm Ben - I live in Somerset. I have a cat, two dogs and a tortoise. I have worked in healthcare since 2008 in various settings, including physical/mental health hospitals and community settings. I volunteered for several charities over several years, supporting people with various health, social, and mental health needs. Along with my qualifications, my own mental health journey is what puts me in a unique position to provide personalised mentoring support for you.

This results in safer, more effective mentoring, clearer goal progression and improved coping strategies.
